We think weddings should celebrate feelings, not flash. Nowadays, weddings often become big, glittery shows, losing sight of the real reason everyone’s there - to celebrate love, connection, and happiness. That’s exactly what we’re bringing back: authentic emotions and subtle elegance. Our style is minimalistic yet elegant, designed with care and purpose.
Sustainability is at the heart of what we do, because a beautiful celebration shouldn’t hurt the planet. From sourcing locally-grown fresh flowers to repurposing and recycling décor, we’re always mindful of reducing our impact. We’ve even created breathtaking backdrops from scrap fabrics, collaborated with NGOs supporting local women, and hired traditional artisans rather than mass-produced factory items. With Mohr, sustainability isn’t an afterthought, it’s baked into every decision we make, proving that weddings can look incredible while still being kind to the environment.
To give you our full focus, we take on just two weddings a month. You get our undivided attention from our first chat until the final farewell. On your wedding day, you won’t find us hiding behind clipboards or shouting instructions from the shadows - we’ll be right there, blending seamlessly into your family and friends. Our team warmly greets every guest, anticipates their needs, and quietly handles all the little details before anyone even notices. It’s hospitality done thoughtfully and personally, making sure everyone feels valued and comfortable. We want your guests leaving not just impressed, but genuinely touched by the warmth they felt.

1. Scope of Services
Mohr Green Celebrations LLP (“Mohr”) provides bespoke event design and planning services, including consultation, budget planning, vendor management, guest coordination, and onsite supervision. Detailed event design elements include mood boards, sketches, and optional 3D renders.
Clients may choose external vendors, but Mohr’s responsibility is limited solely to coordination in such cases.
2. Payment Terms
Payments must be made according to the agreed-upon schedule. Work commences only upon receipt of the Phase 1 payment. Payments made are non-refundable. A Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 18% is additional. Payments for third-party vendors will be billed separately per vendor terms.

Timelines provided are guidelines and subject to change.
4. Changes and Additions
Design work begins only after mood board approval. Fees include minor adjustments and one additional revision. Further changes may incur extra charges. All change requests must be communicated at least 21 days before the event and are subject to feasibility and availability.
5. Travel Expenses
Clients cover all travel-related expenses for Mohr’s team, including flights, transfers, and local transportation. Travel arrangements for external vendors are governed by their terms.
6. Accommodation and Meals
Clients provide onsite accommodations (minimum two rooms) for Mohr’s four-member team and meals at the event venue. Failure to provide meals will result in the client reimbursing incurred dining expenses. Hospitality team’s accommodation will be arranged by Mohr.
7. Date Changes, Cancellations, and Force Majeure
Mohr will accommodate rescheduled events based on availability. In event cancellations, Mohr charges for services rendered and accrued expenses. Mohr is not responsible for refunds from third-party vendors. Mohr shall not be liable for event disruptions due to unforeseen circumstances, including natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions.
8. Use of Photographs
Mohr reserves the right to photograph and showcase event designs for promotional purposes, with appropriate photographer credits. Client consent is obtained before publishing images or videos featuring the couple or family members.
9. Client Responsibilities
Clients must appoint a single contact person for event-day coordination, including financial transactions and logistics. Clients bear responsibility for loss or damage caused by themselves or their guests to event items or property.
