Keeping that in mind we shortlist the city and the venue, lifting the weight off your shoulders from the very start.
Step 2
Logistics and planning
A wedding must run as beautifully as it looks. Our team orchestrates every layer of service- whether a family-style thali for twenty or a seven-course feast for two hundred, each plate arriving in perfect unison. We pair menus with regional flavours, hand-pick photographers who capture the soft candlelight of your pheras, navigate permits, rain plans, and language nuances. Acting as your advocates, we present thoughtfully curated options that honour your priorities, crafting a seamless getaway for you and every guest.
From curating the perfect colour palette to capturing how a space transforms in the golden hour, every detail is intentional. We sketch, sculpt, and build, from hand-loomed ikat runners and brass urlis to canopies embroidered by village artisans. Each element honours its origin and story, while staying low on waste and kind to the earth. The result: an atmosphere rooted in culture, mindful of impact, and designed to linger in memory long after the last light fades
Design
Step 3
It takes a village - planners, artists, chefs, family, friends - to bring your celebration to life, and we coordinate that village with calm precision. Once planning and design are locked, we become gracious hosts on your behalf, overseeing setup to final strike: welcome hampers placed in each room, mehendi brunches managed, sangeet sound-checks timed to the beat. If the monsoon clouds drift in, we pivot without fuss. Your favourite beverage is never far from hand, and you remain a celebrated guest at your own wedding while we run the show quietly in the background.
